Pre-orders allow you to reserve products before they're officially released. You pay a small deposit now, and the remaining balance when the item ships. You can cancel anytime before shipping.
We accept MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through Paystack.
Delivery takes 1-3 business days for in-stock items in Accra, Kumasi, and Takoradi. Other locations may take 3-5 business days. Pre-order items ship on the estimated date shown.
We offer free returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact our support team to initiate a return.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order in your account dashboard under "My Orders".
